Crusading[edit]

A Crusading weapon is an enhancement prized by Paladin and Celestial Creature, which allow them to destroy the forces of evil with great justice.

If the wielder of a Crusading weapon possess the smite evil ability she gain an additional use of it while wielding it. This extra use does not stack with the extra uses from other crusading weapon. If the wielder is good-aligned but do not possess smite evil, you gain it as a Celestial Creature while wielding a crusading weapon. This extra use is shared among all crusading weapon, wielding multiple crusading weapon do not grant more extra uses.

If the wielder possess lay on hand class feature you may channel it through a crusading weapon, delivering it as part a melee attack with the weapon against an undead. If the attack miss the use of the ability is wasted.

A Crusading weapon is of no use in the hand of a Neutral or Evil creature. If held by a creature of evil-alignment it start burning as per heat metal, which deal half fire and half holy damage, until the weapon is discarded and 1 round after.

Moderate Evocation and Good; CL 9th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, holy smite; Price: +1.
