Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One Creatures
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will Partial
Spell Resistance: No

The heroine fell to the floor on her knee, wounded in body and spirit. The Ogre King's words brought her doubts and pain. Perhaps she was done fighting and would accept death.

This particularly insidious spell instill deep dread and despair in your voice. Using it power you talk down you target, explaining to them their fight is lost and filling them with fear and despair. The effect of this spell is based on the current hit points of the target. If the target's hit points range overlap (such as having extremely low maximum hit points) use whichever is higher on the table.

50% or higher At Bay
50% or less At Bay and Sickened
20% or less At Bay, Sickened and Prone
Equal or less to ECL/CR Cowering and Prone

At Bay: The target is At Bay for 1 hour, or until it successfully damages the caster.

Sickened: The target is sickened for 1 round.

Prone: The creature drops prone. If they were flying, they fall and take falling damage.

Cowering: The target is Cowering until healed to maximum hit points or the combat end and they are rescued by allies.
