Necromancy [Curse]
Level: Cleric 4, Sorcerer/Wizard 5
Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target or Area: One object or one 5 ft square.
Duration: 24 hours (D); see text
Saving Throw: Will negates (object)
Spell Resistance: Yes

Mom! Dad! Don't touch it! It's eeeevil!

You curse an object or a 5 ft square of land, which radiates curses for 24 hours. Creatures which touch said object or step on the square of land are subject to bestow curse (its effect is set on casting the spell), with a Will save to negate. They must make a save each round until they fail, or they cease contact with the object. The curses are permanent, as bestow curse, but the radiating curse effect only lasts 24 hours, and may be dispelled unlike bestow curse.

You can cast this on an attended weapon, but you provoke attacks of opportunity to do so. Make a touch attack at -4 to hit the weapon. Attended and magical objects get a Will save to negate radiating curses in the first place.

The caster is immune to their own curse object spell, but allies may not be.
