Those who fail their save against this curse are suddenly very sensitive to the flow of magic. Any time a magic spell or effect goes off within 60 ft, they must make a Fortitude save (DC equal to the 10 + the spell's level + caster's relevant ability modifier, even if it would otherwise not have a saving throw), or end up in a fit of sneezing and coughing that renders them staggered for 1 round. This applies even to the target's own spellcasting, and in such a case there is a 50% chance the attempted spellcasting is ruined. As a curse, it can only be removed by affects which also remove bestow curse.
