''Creeping in the darkness, a blue floating woman, a single eye and horn on the left side of her face. A dozen of wisps of flame orbit around her. Her gaze meets yours and she gives a sinister smile.''

A terrible sort of fey, Cyclopean Yokai are one-eyed spirits with a single horn, looking much like women with hairs covering one side of their face and their hypnotic eye featuring prominently on the other side. These terrible beings kidnap hapless victims to use them as servants, source of amusement and even potentially food source. They possess powerful hypnotic abilities and are capable of limited domination, additionally they possess powerful psychic abilities which further serve them.

A Cyclopean Yokai will keep a dominated humanoid under its service and torment it, typically playing on the poor fellow’s mind and memory until they are a hollow shell of its former self. A Cyclopean Yokai keeps its slaves until it tires of them, then abandons it victim to their own fate. It also usually keeps a host of charmed and dominated  creatures, either as reserve or as guards and servants. A Cyclopean Yokai also likes fine foods and services, and lives a 'luxurious' and decadent lifestyle in its lair while being attended by its dominated or charmed slaves.

A Cyclopean Yokai speak and understand sylvan, which is usually redundant because of it constant [[SRD:Tongues|''tongues'']] effect.
