On a successful attack normal attack once per round, or on a successful touch attack as a standard action, those struck by a damocles weapon can curse them with a terrible mark.  At the end of your turn, a copy of your weapon strikes out at them making a single attack at your highest attack bonus with no special modifiers, dealing normal damage for long as they are within 60 ft of the wielder.  It must hit AC as normal, but ignores concealment and illusions.  This continues forever until the wielder of the damocles weapon dismisses it as a free action, falls unconscious, drops the weapon, or they spend at least 1 round 60 ft away from the wielder.  The wielder need not be able to see or know the position of their victim.  This is considered a [Curse] effect.

You can perform a ritual over the course of 10 minutes at will, making a touch attack against a target (who is presumably willing or helpless).  They gain a contingent effect not unlike a ''[[SRD:Mark of Justice|mark of justice]]''.  You set terms from which the mark is activated, and upon activation the effect of the damocles curse begins until the target is dead or they cease the actions that trigger the mark.  The mark is removed in the same manner as ''mark of justice''.
