|fluff=The party Bard needs to run away, and botched his Tumble check. The enemy swings their sword, a potentially deadly blow-- and you take the opportunity to defend your friend.
|benefit=Whenever a creature makes an Attack of Opportunity in your melee range, you may make an Attack of Opportunity against them. If your attack result reaches the enemy's attack result, it prevents them from making the attack of opportunity. The attack deals damage as normal if it beats the enemy's AC as usual. This feat cannot be used to counter instances of itself.
