Dextrous [General] Prerequisites: Inhuman form trait, or otherwise lacking tool-using hands.Benefit: You can use hand-held weapons and hand-held tools. It is up to you and your DM to describe how this is plausible. You still take a -1 penalty when doing so, as your form is not optimized for this. You still need to be proficient in their use if applicable, or face those penalties as well. Normal: Normally creatures without proper appendages either cannot use hand-held items and tools at all, or take a -4 penalty for non-proficiency.
