Divine Chant
Evocation [Chaotic, Evil, Good, Lawful]
Level: Cleric 3
Components: V, S, XP
Casting time: 1 Standard Action
Range: Personal
Effect: A powerful call for divine power.
Duration: 1 minute (see text)
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

Upon casting this spell you start chanting a powerful incantation of your God or philosophy. As a standard action you may add a verse to the chant, greatly increasing it power. You can maintain the divine chant for 1 minute, if it is not discharged by then the spell end and the effect is wasted. As a swift action you may unleash the power of this spell, doing so immediately end the spell and the effect depend on how many verses were in the chant.

1 Verse: All hostile creatures within 30 feet of you are shaken for 1 round (no saves).
2 Verses: The next divine spell of 2nd level or lower you cast this round benefits from extend spell for free.
3 Verses: The next divine spell of 2nd level or lower you cast this round benefits from empower spell for free.
4 Verses: The next divine spell of 2nd level or lower you cast this round benefits from maximize spell for free.
5 Verses: The next divine spell of 2nd level or lower you cast this round benefits from empower spell and maximize spell for free.

You may prepare divine chant in higher spell slot, increasing the spells it can affect by 1 for each spell level higher than 3rd it is prepared (or casted from for spontaneous caster) in.
