Aside fom allowing you to make lethal attacks with your fists at a base damage of 1d6 (provided your own unarmed strikes aren't stronger) these brass knuckles also clean everything they punch. This functions as the cleaning effect of the prestidigitation spell, and can be used at will as an attack action. Any surface you hit is cleaned spotlessly, and even sludgy matter such as slime or grease is obliterated on contact.
As an unintended but very useful side effect, the cleaning effect of the duster knuckles also works on creatures, and prevents your unarmed attacks from attracting any diseases and poisons transmitted by physical contact. Furthermore, if any creature or object is covered by a layer of dirt, grime or sludge that offers it some form of protective bonusbenefit, the duster knuckles ignores any such protections.
Aside from the cleaning effect, the duster knuckles as a weapon are non-magical and can be enhanced like a mundane weapon.
