Features

Air Form. [3] The tempest can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Flyby. [3] The tempest doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). [3] If the tempest fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
