(Here's a strange idea to give some steady-state blasting to wizards. Think reserve feat, but more open-ended and requires some sacrifice.)

Eldritch Wizard [General] Prerequisites: Must be able to prepare evocation spells.Benefit: You permanently lose your ability to prepare evocation spells.
