Now that you notice it, their cape seems to blow dramatically without a breeze, their blows seem to run in slow motion and great detail, and their spells flash with the best special effects you have seen. How very impressive!''

With a touch, you imbue your target with a special effects budget for their actions. Your motions seem to have that extra bit of awesomeness to them, your blows seem to drag out at key dramatic moments, and your spells come complete with a zooming colorful background and the name of the attack being spelled out in ghostly letters.

They are all illusionary effects with about the same strength as a [[SRD:Prestidigitation|''prestidigitation'']] spell, but requiring no effort to create on part of the target. It seems to time its effects for when it is most dramatic, and while your moves look better, others are aware of the illusion, and so a [[SRD:Fireball|''fireball'']] is still a ''fireball'', no matter how white-hot and explosive it looks. It is good for thematic casters who like to have their spells follow a pattern, regardless of what they cast. For the times when you are purposefully trying to show off (such as during a [[SRD:Perform Skill|Perform]] or [[SRD:Intimidate Skill|Intimidate]] check), it may add a +1 circumstance bonus.
