This spell deals 1d8 damage per caster level, or half damage on a successful Fort save. The draining of liquid from the subject also renders them fatigued (regardless of the save result).
If the subject is slain by this spell, the extracted moisture is transformed into a water elemental . The elemental can be of a size one smaller any CR no greater than the slain creaturesubject -3. The water elemental is under your control, as if you summoned it, and disappears after 10 minutes (or when dismissed).
This spell has no effect on living creatures with the [Fire] subtype.
