Endless Extension
With a thought the pole extended further and further until it vanished into the clouds.
This enhancement applies to melee weapons only. Weapons with this ability have the power to extend and contract, allowing the user to strike from afar or interact with things far outside their normal reach. As a move action you alter the length of the weapon anywhere from a quarter of its normal size up to 500 ft long each round to a maximum of 5000 ft. A move action can shrink it instantly regardless how large it has become. When in its improper size it cannot be wielded as a weapon, but its bulk may provide other benefits such as becoming a bridge to cross a pit, or ascending a cliff by using it as a hook. Its weight does not change, merely its unwieldiness.
In addition as a standard action you may make a single melee attack at range up to 500 ft away. If you hit and have Improved Bull Rush, you may make a bull rush as part of the attack with a -4 penalty for light weapons or a +4 bonus for two-handed weapons. The weapon remains extended until the beginning of your next turn, preventing you from making attacks of opportunity with the weapon until then.
This is a prestige enhancement. Equipment may have only a single prestige enhancement.
