You focus your aim onto the eyes of your enemy, tearing them right out of their heads.  Make an attack at a -4 penalty, if you hit you deal double damage, and the victim must make a [[Fortitude]] save DC 18 + [[Str]] or be rendered blind.  On a successful save they are dazzled for 1 round instead of blinded, and they still take the extra damage.  The eyes remain mutilated until restored by natural regeneration, the ''[[SRD:Regenerate|regenerate]]'' spell, or stronger magic.
