When this power is manifested, the manifester must choose a subject which may be a creature, object or location. This power allow the manifester to spy on the chosen subject as if she was there, through the senses of an eldritch inter-dimensional creature nearby. While extremely helpful, to bend and twist one mind to fit in a eldritch pest is a staggering process. The manifester of this power is [[SRD:Staggered|Staggered]] for as long as she concentrate on this power and gain a single point of madness for every minute of concentration. 

The creature is summoned to the location and cannot be detected or interacted with in any unless the target is in the [[Dark Insight (3.5e Variant Rule)|Dark Plane]]. It will move no closer than 10 feet of the target and no farther than 120 feet, the manifester may prompt it to move as a free action each turn. If interacted with, the summoned creature act as a Pseudonatural<sup>[[Publication:Lords of Madness|LoM]]</sup> [[SRD:Dire Rat|Dire Rat]]. Once the power is ceased to be concentrated one, it scatters in the dark plane.

If a creature is under the effect of [[SRD:Mind Blank|''mind blank'']] or similar effect it cannot be specifically targeted by this power, but may still be perceived if the power is manifested on it location, a nearby creature or an object in it possession. A creature with [[Dark Insight (3.5e Variant Rule)|Dark Insight]] is allowed a [[Will]] save to immediately become aware they are being spied upon, those without are mercifully ignorant of the pest's presence.
 
This power require the manifester to have a good mental image of any location it wishes to view. This restriction also apply to creature and objects, as a result is very difficult to use against a target you have never seen.
