The flame witch laughed at the lynch mob, their cruelty was despicable and their weakness glaring. Not wanting to give them the blessing of a quick them she simply cooked them half to death on the spot.
This power manifest a wave of invisible heat, cooking skin off bones, heating up metal objects and burning dry wood and paper. All creature within range take 6 fire damage and become Staggered for 1d4 rounds, a successful Fortitude save halves the damage and negate the staggering. In addition, any creature who failed their save take 1d6 fire damage each minute after being damaged by this spell. Receiving at least 1 point of magical healing per manifester level or a DC 20 Heal check stop the damage.
A creature mostly composed of water (such as an Ooze) or a creature with the [Water] type take double damage from this power and a -4 penalty on their Fortitude save, however they do not take damage over time.
All attended and unattended metal objects, this deal 1d6 fire damage to creatures wielding one or more metal weapon or object and 3d6 fire damage if wearing metal armor. The effectiveness of metal armor and weapon is reduced, if a creature is not immune to fire it take a -4 penalty to attacks made with a heated weapon and double Armor check penalty from metal armor. This last for 1 round after which the metal cool off.
All flammable unattended object immediately catch fire and 1 ft of water per manifester level immediately dry off.
