Somthing twinkles in Vanti's waving hand. A blue ring appears and streaks to surround the opponent archmage, shattering her wand.
You select a creature within range. If that creature has a spellcasting focus or is concentrating, the creature must attempt a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. If the creature succeeds, the spell has no effect. If the creature fails the saving throw, it loses concentration and its spell focus is destroyed. If the focus is a magic item, the save is made with advantage and artifacts are unaffected by this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the DC increases by 2 for each slot level above 2nd.
