|benefit=To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus. You may manifest a power as a free action usable outside of your turn, if it require concentration you may concentrate on it as a free action each round and it does not prevent you from manifesting another power. You may only manifest a single Free Power per round, and may only concentrate on a single power at any given time. You may even manifest a [[SRD:Quicken Power|Quickened Power]] and a Free Power in the same turn.

Using this feat increases the power point cost of the power by 10. The power’s total cost cannot exceed your manifester level.

Manifesting a free power does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
