|benefit=While [[Grim (3.5e Class)#Grim Transformation|transformed]], you grow to become one size category larger. A size increase affects any special ability you have that are affected by size. Increased size also affects your ability scores, [[SRD:Armor Class|AC]], attack bonuses, and damage values as described below.<br/>
Double your height and multiply your weight by 8. This increase changes your [[SRD:Size Category|size category]] to the next larger one. You gain a +2 size bonus to [[SRD:Strength|Strength]], a –2 size penalty to [[SRD:Dexterity|Dexterity]] (to a minimum of 1), and a –1 penalty on [[SRD:Attack Roll|attack rolls]] and [[SRD:Armor Class|AC]] due to your increased size.<br/>
If insufficient room is available for the desired growth, you attain the maximum possible size and may make a [[SRD:Strength Check|Strength check]] (using your increased [[SRD:Strength|Strength]]) to burst any enclosures in the process. If you fail, you are constrained without harm by the materials enclosing you.<br/>
All equipment worn or carried by you is similarly enlarged. Melee and projectile weapons affected by this Alteration deal more damage. Other magical properties are not affected by this Alteration. Any ''enlarged'' item that leaves your possession (including a projectile or thrown weapon) instantly returns to its normal size. This means that thrown weapons deal their normal damage, and projectiles deal damage based on the size of the weapon that fired them. Magical properties of ''enlarged ''items are not increased by this Alteration.
