As fireball except it damage is uncapped by caster level. Ur fireball also leave a blazing ashen cloud in it area of effect, acting as fog cloud except that all creature starting their turn in it must make a fortitude save or be blinded and start suffocating for as long as they stay in the cloud and one round thereafter. The area of effect of Ur fireball is covered in ashes, which make it difficult terrain until properly swept or washed away.
