Hammer of Thunder and Lightning
Simple Melee Weapon (Light Hammer), rare (requires attunement)
This magic light hammer has a +1 to attack and damage rolls. It appears as a light hammer who's rectangular head is made of stone with the dwarven word for thunder inscribed on one side and word for lightning carved into the other (both in dwarven runes). The haft is bound in leather with a leather strap on the end.
Once attuned, a hit with the hammer, deals 1d4 thunder damage and 1d4 lightning damage in addition to the 1d4+1 bludgeoning damage the weapon does if not attuned. In addition to the extra damage, a hit from the attuned weapon causes a flash of bright light and a clap of thunder both of which may be perceived up to 100 feet away. While attuned, if the hammer is thrown the wielder of the hammer may use a bonus action to telepathically command the hammer to magically return to his hand.
Jealous. While not sentient, the magic of this weapon fails if the wielder attempts to used two-weapon fighting with a weapon other than a nonmagical light hammer or handaxe in its other hand.
