A lesser hat of disguise keys itself to each user. When someone puts on the hat for the first time, they can choose how they wish to appear, just as the [[SRD:Disguise_Self|''disguise self'']] spell. As part of the illusion, the hat may become a comb, or clip or something along those lines. Once the disguise is chosen it cannot be changed.
