Healing Surge [Xenotheric] Prerequisites: Con 13Benefit: By expending one bio-energy charge, you forcibly speed up your metabolism to create a healing surge. You heal 1d8 points of damage for every 2 HD you have.

As an alternative application, you may use a healing surge to replicate the effects of a lesser restoration spell (self only).

Performing a healing surge is a standard action.
