''As the cleric brandish her holy symbol, a black vortex surround her quickly draining away all the heat toward her, leaving all other creatures in bone-chilling pain and the area completely drained of heat.''

You drain away the heat from all creatures within 30 feet of you, dealing 10 cold damages per caster levels and healing you 1 hit point per caster levels for each creatures's so affected or up to that creatures max hit point, whichever is lower. Any hit point above your maximum hit point is gained as temporary hit point that last 1 minute and do not stack with other source of temporary hit points or multiple casting of heat draining vortex. A successful fortitude save reduce the damage to 1 per caster level. You may freely exclude a creature from the effect as a nonaction.

Since you drained all the heat from the area you leave a ''[[Complete Arcane|freezing fog]]'' behind and the ground is covered in ice (count as [[SRD:Grease|grease]]) both sharing the same area as the original effect. 

Creatures with the cold subtype are unaffected by the heat draining. Creatures slain by this spell are turned into statues of ice.
