Heavy Kick [Fighter] Benefit: Once per round, you may perform an 'heavy kick' unarmed strike. This unarmed strike deals damage as if it was one size category larger, counts a two-handed weapon for the purpose of Power Attack and damage calculation. When making a trip attempt or bull rush with a 'heavy kick', you gain a +4 bonus on your Strength check and deal your Strength modifier in non-lethal damage if you are successful.

On the other hand, a heavy kick cannot benefit from any fist weapons, like a battlefist and count as one-handed weapon for the purpose of Two-Weapon Fighting instead of a light weapon.
