Heavy ScatterscaleEdit

This armor shimmers like a prism in the light, but its light butterfly-thin materials, however many layers it has, doesn't seem terribly protective.

  1. If the character has some help, cut this time in half. A single character doing nothing else can help one or two adjacent characters. Two characters can't help each other don armor at the same time.
  2. The wearer must have help to don this armor. Without help, it can be donned only hastily.

In spite of the name, scatterscale is not actually made of scales. A product of science, it is a thin yet strong framework of composite materials, crystals, and empty space to help absorb and redirect energy. Scatterscale armor applies its AC to your touch AC as a result.
