The horse knight helm provides a +1 armor bonus which stacks with other sources (but not with similar additive armors such as the Dastana<sup>OA</sup>).  In addition you can teleport once per round as a free action, but only 10 ft forward and 5 ft to the left or right (forming an L shape) and only if it leaves you threatening an opponent.
