Hotfoot
Evocation [Fire]

Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft + 5 ft/2 levels)
Effect: One ray of embers
Duration: 1 round
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

A thin red beam shoots from your finger and hits at their feet. Dance boy dance!

Make a ranged touch attack at one creature's feet in range. The ray causes the ground under a target to heat up. The target must move at least 10 feet this round, or take 2d4 fire damage at the end of their turn. If they move they don't take any damage.

This spell can be used to catch fire to flammable objects.
