If the attack hits, it does normal damage and the enemy's damage reduction and cold resistance are reduced by an amount equal to the damage done for the duration of the maneuver. They cannot be reduced below zero. Note that the maneuver expires before the ''beginning'' of your second turn; you only have one shot to take advantage.
