Iron JuggernautEdit

A massive set of exotic heavy armor, the Iron Juggernaut is plates over plates over plates over chain. This extraordinarily heavy armor is typically outfitted with a great helm (bonus not included) in addition to the base helmet. A nonproficient creature wearing an Iron Juggernaut treat all terrain as difficult terrain (ignoring any abilities that allow you to bypass difficult terrain) and must use standard action to move as a normal move action. A proficient creature still treat everything like difficult terrain but is able to use it normal move action in order to move itself.

So thick and heavy an Iron Juggernaut is that a proficient creature gain a +4 bonus on bull rush and overrun check and a +4 bonus to stability (as a dwarf) which stacks with other forms of stability while wearing it. The armor can also benefit from two metallic special material which benefits stack together, however the price of applying special material is increase as if the armor was one size category larger than it actual size. You are also treated as one size category larger for the purpose of being grappled, which creature you can mount and for squeezing through tight area.

  1. If the character has some help, cut this time in half. A single character doing nothing else can help one or two adjacent characters. Two characters can't help each other don armor at the same time.
  2. The wearer must have help to don this armor. Without help, it can be donned only hastily.
