The iron rook helm provides a +1 armor bonus which stacks with other sources (but not with similar additive armors such as the Dastana<sup>OA</sup>).  When you make a charge attack you gain +2 additional armor bonus (typically negating the charging penalty) and deal an extra +2 damage on your charge attack.

As an immediate action you can switch places with an ally within 5 ft in order to take an attack meant for them.  The attack goes against your AC or saving throws as if you were the original target.
