The wearer of the jump-pack may teleport as per the bamf spell. Instead of using rounds of duration however, the jump-pack expends a number of charges of its on-board battery equivalent to the number of rounds the jump would have expended. The jump-pack's total capacity is 10 charges, which are recovered at a rate of 1 charge per round. The jump-pack's charge recovery halts when it is used to jump, and has 1 round of cooldown starting after the last round of usage.
