When a user takes this ability he has learned to replenish his ki. This can be accomplished in only one way which is very dangerous to him. When he begins charging for the round his ki aura becomes visible and a light wind comes off of the user in all directions. The user must sacrifice 1-2 temporary points of ability loss of any combination to any physical stats he wishes, except that it can never result in a score lower then 8. 

He takes this ability damage on his turn and he must then spend the rest of this round standing still with fists clenched doing nothing but yelling as he is charging up which provokes an attack of opportunity. If struck the user must make a concentration check (DC = damage dealt) to keep charging. Failure means the ability points are still lost and no ki is gained. For the rest of this round charging, the user does not gain their Dexterity bonus to AC. 

At the end of the current round the user gains 8 points of ki for every point of Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution sacrificed. He may never use this ability to exceed his actual maximum ki pool. If he sacrificed any abilities points that would result in a total more then his maximum ki pool, both the ability points and ki points that would have exceeded his maximum are lost. 

Example. Toma, a Saiyan Warrior needs to charge his ki pool. He only needs 15 ki points to reach his maximum ki pool, so he sacrifices 1 strength and 1 dexterity damage. Toma has now taken the 1 loss to both stats regardless of if he charges long enough to regain the ki. Toma then spends this round in a full round charging action. Even though he sacrificed 2 ability scores worth 16 ki, he gains 15 points back to his ki pool, with the 1 point that exceeded his maximum being lost.
