Draconic Resistance. The kobold have resistance to the damage type that matches their dragon breath's damage type. (see below).

Heavy Scales. Dragon-blessed also have much tougher scales providing natural armor.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the kobold has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Actions

Dragon Breath. (Recharge 5-6). The kobold exhales its dragon breath in either a 5' x 30' line or 15' cone depending on its draconic blessing. Each creature in that area of effect must make a DC 12 saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The damage type and type of saving throw is based on the draconic blessing.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) piercing damage.

Sling. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) bludgeoning damage.

Description

Dragon-Blessed kobolds appear as other kobolds, except that thy have sightly thicker scales. Their color matches that of their draconic blessing.

According to kobold lore, dragon-blessed were just that - blessed at birth (by a dragon or their draconic ancestor). They were treated as a blessing on the tribe and therefore given special reverence, but have all the responsibilities of any other member of the tribe.

In battle, they often will wait until the most opportune moment to use their dragon breath. It can present a great surprise for unwary travelers, especially if the kobold band has more than one dragon-blessed.

Once rare, Dragon-Blessed Kobolds have been bee appearing more and more often within kobold bands. This is a rather disturbing trend.
