Laid Back

You are laid back to the point were you seem lazy and unmotivated. When you are rushed you tend to do a poor job.

Effect: Unless you are in a life-threatening situation you roll skill check twice, taking the worse result. You do not take this penalty if you take your time, at which point your skill check take twice as long as normal to complete. When you 'take 10' or 'take 20' you take four times as long as normal. This only apply to skills which take 1 round or more to complete, instantaneous skills are not affected by this flaw.

Additionally you take a -2 penalty on initiative checks.

Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
