Leziad's Lazy Loafing
Necromancy
Level: Cleric 4, Druid 5
Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: See text
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

With a loud yawn and a stretch, you lay down for a quick power nap.

When you cast this spell, you immediately fall prone and asleep (or into a trance if you do not sleep). Unlike normal sleep, you can wake up as a free action on your turn. Each round you remain asleep, you recover as if you had slept a full 8 hours (but you do not refresh daily abilities or spells per day). This lasts until you choose to wake up or you take damage, forcing you to wake up. On waking, you are staggered for 1d4 rounds.

Alternatively, you can cast this just before you actually turn in to rest. If you rest within the next hour of casting, you will wake up with all damage and ability damage healed, no matter how much you had previously.

Care must be taken not to rest while diseased, as the disease will progress as if a day has passed each round you sleep.
