You summon a square wall of stone the size of your square which floats over one side of your body, completely blocking line of sight and providing total cover from that size.  As a free action at the start of your turn, you can choose which side the wall is guarding.  With multiple castings of this spell, you can cover multiple sides of yourself (becoming a fully sealed box after 6 castings, guarding your front, back, left, right, top, and bottom).  Attacks which are blocked by the wall deal damage to the wall instead (AC 5), which has hardness 8 and 30 hp per caster level.  Being completely covered is very safe.  Of course, you can't see outside of your own box and you have no line of sight or line of effect either as long as you are boxed in.

Some spellcasters cast it on opponents in an attempt to box them in, but this is usually ineffective without at least 4 casts.

You can make bull rush attempts without provoking attacks of opportunity by pushing the shielded area against an enemy.  You get a +8 bonus to your bull rush attempt.  If you slam them against a wall with your bull rush, they take 6d6 + your mental ability modifier and a half in magic bludgeoning damage.

Because the wall is flush at the edge of your square, you cannot squeeze through areas smaller than your square as long as you have the walls around you.
