This is one Long Fall Boot. The price (expensive as hell) pays for both boots.

The Long Fall Boot is a pair of metallic boots that reduces the falling damage to zero as long as the wearer lands on their feet. Luckily, the Long Fall Boots always cause the wearer to land on their feet no matter what, regardless of if they are conscious or unconscious.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, feather fall
Cost to Create: 2,500gp, 200 EXP, 5 days.
