Ranger, Tome

Cliche drow ranger, at your service
The ranger is perhaps one of the most maligned classes in 3.5e Dungeons & Dragons, outdone in most cases by even the fighter and barbarian and most often slapped with the scout’s Skirmish ability as a quick and half-hearted fix. It speaks to the general feeling of apathy surrounding the ranger when it didn’t receive the same kind of badass makeover given by the Tome series to the fighter and barbarian. But now that negligence is gone. As its name suggests, the Tome ranger is intended to slot seamlessly into the Tome series, bringing a different martial character to a party who boasts mobility and a high number of utility options to combat all kinds of foes.
