The mancatcher or pincer staff is a weapon about the length of a spear with a mechanical clamp on the end used to entrap a humanoid.[1]

Special: If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 10 + Strength bonus + proficiency bonus). Until this grapple ends, the manchatcher can't be used to attack another target.
The mancatcher is a racial weapon of the Kuo-toa.[1]
