The mayor of Rhine, she is a former adventurer until she took an arrow.  To the eye.  To be honest the loss of an eye was not the end of her career, but eventually fatigue set in and she retired to keep order in the town she help establish.  She gives off an air of seriousness, but those that know her well realize that its just an intimidating front she puts on for her position of power.  She is, and will always be, a danger seeker.

Mercedes Powers is thin caucasin human woman standing at 5'8" and 135 lbs.  She has very short black hair and a single blue eye, the other eye covered by a black patch.  She is typically dressed in a military or offical style, something she seems fond of even in adventuring or casual settings.
