You gain the benefits of the [[SRD:Improved Precise Shot|Improved Precise Shot]], [[SRD:Precise Shot|Precise Shot]], and [[SRD:Point Blank Shot|Point Blank Shot]] feats.  This invocation does not stack with the respective feats.

Basically, you ignore anything less than full cover, other creatures in grapple or melee with it, and will usually get a +1 on the attack roll.
