Monastic Adept [Multiclass] Prerequisites: At least 3 level in the monk class or variant.Benefit: Your effective monk level is always equal to your character levels for the purpose of prerequisites, scaling class features like unarmed strike, AC bonus, increase movement speed, flurry of blow and etc. If a class already grant such advancement (like many monk prestige class) you add that class' level to your monk level to determine what class features you get. Example: A Monk 6/Fighter 3 would have the unarmed strike damage, AC bonus, unarmed speed bonus and flurry of blow of a 9th level monk. A Monk 6/Tattooed Monk 6 would have all class features of a 12th level monk.Special: If used with the standard SRD monk this feat is moderate. If used with the zen monk or other improved version of the class this feat can be from high to very high (usually the latter) check with your DM if he allow those classes to be used with the feat beforehand.
