Cam drones can be bound as familiars, in which case it has the alignment of its owner.  It does not gain an [[Intelligence]] bonus, but instead gains +1 program plus an additional program every time it's intelligence would improve.  It does not provide a skill bonus, but it does allow its master to use [[Knowledge Xeno (3.5e Skill)|knowledge xeno]] and [[Program (3.5e Skill)|program]] skill checks untrained.  If you have ranks in these skills, it then offers a +2 bonus.  It still is able to "talk to its master" and may "talk to other bots" through a series of beeps.
