Before you stands a warrior armed with a pike. He raises his pike, ready to attack.
This "pike" is 25 lbs and a few feet long, held in two hands. Even though it is not a conventional weapon, proficiency in any martial polearm is sufficient to grant proficiency in the northern pike. The northern pike deals 1d10 fish damage with a 20/x3 critical, is a reach weapon, but able to attack (but not threaten) an additional +10 ft from the fish beams it emits. Its wielded either like a gun, or a gun with a bayonet. The weapon does not register as magical, but appears to be a still living fresh specimen of its species. It, however, is not a real creature. It has hardness 2, and 30 hp, and recovers 1 hp per minute submerged in water.
The northern pike is innately masterwork. Though it deals the obscure "fish" physical damage, for the purposes of interacting with enhancements and other abilities it may count as piercing damage when beneficial.
Its uncertain how these pikes are made. They've sometimes been found on the shores of magical enhanced rivers, or discovered during fishing trips.
Prerequisites: Cannot be crafted.
