Numbed

A state in which a creature's motor functions are heavily impaired, and their body responds very badly to muscle commands. A numbed creature is effectively slowed, and a creature with positive Strength or Dexterity modifiers has them reduced to +0. Furthermore, a numbed creature takes a -4 penalty to AC, attack rolls and damage rolls, as well as all checks based on physical ability scores.

A number creature may still attack, and defend itself properly.
