|desc=Clerics of gods with the party domain know how to break it down.  They celebrate their lord through celebration itself, to forget your troubles and have a good time.  Do you know what time it is?  It's party time!
|power=Once per cleric level per day, the cleric can fascinate all creatures in 90 feet as a [[bard]]'s music would, but up to one creature per level.  The cleric may either may a perform check or a special check of 1d20 + cleric level + [[Charisma]].  The result is the DC of the effect for all creatures.  If a creature’s saving throw succeeds, the cleric cannot attempt to fascinate that creature again for 24 hours.  If its saving throw fails, the creature parties with you, taking no other actions, for as long as the cleric continues to party (up to a maximum of 1 round per cleric level).  While fascinated, a target takes a -4 penalty on skill checks made as reactions, such as Listen and Spot checks.  Any potential threat requires the cleric to make another Perform check and allows the creature a new saving throw against a DC equal to the new Perform check result. 

Any obvious threat, such as someone drawing a weapon, casting a spell, or aiming a ranged weapon at the target, automatically breaks the effect. Fascinate is an enchantment (compulsion), mind-affecting ability. 

The cleric gains Perform as a class skill, with a +3 bonus.  As a free action at will he can create music and flashing lights of equal strength of a ''[[SRD:Prestidigitation|prestidigitation]]'' cantrip.  This has no mechanical benefit except, perhaps, lighting up the immediate surroundings with colored lights out to 10 ft.
