Perfect Lotus [Fighter, Tactical]
Prerequisites: BAB +6 or Autohypnosis 9 ranks, Vision of the LotusBenefit: You gain the following abilities:
- Flawless Logic Enhancement: To use this ability, you must have affected a creature with a mind-affecting ability in the previous round. Against any attacks you make, or abilities you use, this round, the creature cannot benefit from any kind of concealment or resistance (although immunity still counts). For this purpose, 'resistance' is defined as anything that would improve their AC, saves, or any similar defensive value in any way to above the norm against a specific attack or some specific criteria of the attack.
Example: If you were to attempt to poison a creature after you used a mind-affecting ability on them last round, if the creature had a bonus to saves against poison, it would not apply. However, a creature immune to poison would still be immune.
- Deadly Pattern: To use this ability, you must have observed a creature for at least two rounds. Observation requires that the creature is in line of sight and not hidden, although it can have concealment or cover. A creature that has been so observed is considered 'patterned'. You cannot have more than one creature 'patterned' in this manner at a time. Whenever a 'patterned' creature attempts to use an ability or attack on you, you can use an immediate action to move a number of feet equal to your ranks in Autohypnosis or your BAB (rounding up, use whichever yields the highest result). Note that this always occurs before the ability, and could potentially put it out of range or cause it to miss, for example.
- Kata of Disproof: To use this ability, you must be in an Infinite Lotus stance, and either being affected by a mind-affecting ability or a Charisma-based skill check. In either case, you can spend an immediate action to use this ability. If you are being affected by a mind-affecting ability, you can make an Autohypnosis check instead of the appropriate save against its effects. If you are being affected by a Charisma-based skill check, you can make an Autohypnosis check instead of the normal roll if the roll would be opposed, or, if the roll is against a fixed DC, you can make an Autohypnosis check, and use the result if it is higher than the DC normally would be.
